That is the root cause of PCOS, therefore, most women with PCOS will have some male features such as facial hair and less curves. Excess testosterone can also cause increased appetite, which can lead to obesity and insulin resistance. CORRELATION ≠ CAUSATION. Obesity is a symptom of PCOS, but not ALL women that are obese have PCOS. I agree that PCOS is pretty unattractive, however, not all fat girls have PCOS, but most girls with PCOS are fat.
