In the first case I think she was just playing around and although she did squeeze the trigger I don't think she expected it to go off. Someone has suggested the trigger may have been custom modified to be a hair trigger that goes off with just the slightest bit of pressure. I can't prove or disprove that, but it seems like it from the video.
When she picked the gun up off the floor it went off just like it did the first time without any deliberate intention. Maybe due to custom modification.
Rewatch the video where she shoots herself. Unfortunately the camera doesn't fully show her or what she's doing but the way the gun went off may be in how she picked it up off the ground. She may have picked it up by the trigger or picked it up in such a way that the trigger was pushed against somehow and that set it off.
This isn't something we're ever going to resolve conclusively because the camera doesn't show it and we can't ask that girl about her intentions because she's gone.
But I 100% doubt that she intended to kill either her cousin or herself. I think its a double accident and I'm not trolling you. That's what I genuinely believe based on what I see in the video plus the fact it happened so fast I don't think there's any way she had thought it out like people insist she did. No way in my opinion.
>"Omg omg omg I killed him plz God plz God plz have mercy blam" all in one thought. This sort of panic is reasonable and I'm sure she was panicking, but doesn't her panicking support what I'm saying? When you panic you do shit in a hurry and you're very likely to fuck things up and make a mistake. Don't you see how being in a state of panic and picking up a loaded gun off the floor with a hair trigger that goes off with minimal pressure could end very badly? I think in her panic she picked up the gun in a way that set it off.
