Honestly? Once the novelty wears off it's not really worth it IMO. Except maybe for avoiding death grip from jorkin too much.
They can be fun, don't get me wrong, but it takes too long to warm up (most USB onahole heaters are too feeble, have to use a hot water bath) and they tend to lose heat quickly, cleanup is annoying (especially with ones that don't have a hole in the back to let water through), and the post-nut clarity "what am I doing with my life" can be rough.
If you do get one, also get a cleaning kit which includes a drying stick (essentially just absorbent cloth on a dowel) to dry the inside. You really don't want to get mold from not drying it properly after use.
I'd suggest getting some disposable Tenga eggs and seeing if you like those, before buying a more expensive toy. Also it's personal taste, but I'd skip the fleshlight and go for something Japanese, much more competition in that market driving up quality and innovation.
