Ive been on the exact ride, its the alpine slide in Salzburg. This is a pretty old video now. Theres a speed limit on them because there are other groups and kids on the same ride, where they typically move in packs with the parents. The people infront of him were a family that were taking a younger kid for a ride and a teenager at the back, who is got hit, and were keeping speed with the kid at the front, they did nothing wrong. The yellow signs are signs when to break, they say "bremsen frenare" which is break and slow down, and you are told to keep a distance between packs for safety. The thing is not meant to go at mach speed and has a manual break that does not work if you are going too fast and someone is right infront of you, the guy hangs back so he can pick up speed and cant break in time because he wants to go fast and ignores the gap youre suppose to keep between groups.
