It's from Resident Evil movies.
This scene is from the first one (near the end of the movie), where Alice wakes up in an Umbrella facility and goes out into the city, which was swallowed by the zombie virus, setting up the start for the second movie.
Movies don't follow the games at all.
The first movie is nice, second one ok and the rest are pure garbage. There's no nudity, there's only two scenes with barely naked Mila Jovovic (Alice). This is the second scene and the first one is at the begining of the movie, where she wakes up in the shower (from being gassed).
