Absolutely best way to do it is to travel to India. But it's meaningless if you have no social skill and you're just a tourist staying in hotels. Everyone will avoid you then. 25 years ago whe backpacking tourism was famous, you could impregnate easily lots of indian women. Backpackers were spreading their genes all over India and today you can spot plenty of kids with whitier skin tone. And it was safer too. If you stay out of the prostitutes or shitholes like Goa, and you meet a nice family who invite you in, then you can safely fuck as much as you like and you don't need to worry about STD's. They don't care if their mother or daughter comes to you at night because of their beliefs. And even though India is a true shithole, they're not treating illnesses like STD's with magic, which they do for example in China. They do get good care for them in hospitals and that's why STD's are rare among common people. It's also best to meet a somewhat rich family from the country side but if you don't mind sleeping in a poorly build hut, then you can meet slightly poorer people too. Cities or tourist attractions are shitholes with prostitutes, just avoid them. Also, if someone invites you in, just because you're white, say no. People in india are friendly, but you have to talk with them before they invite you in. If they just invite you in, then they will rob you. Common indians understand engrish very well too. South is best to make women pregnant, but North parts are more cleaner. Of course that was 25 years ago so I don't know about cities etc, but in India countryside doesn't change much anyway.
