Documenting Reality is worth the one time fee $20-30 or so membership if you have a strong morbid curiosity. The problem with the gore websites is they're hard to maintain as free to access sites and get shutdown by governments; porn usually keeps those free sites afloat.
Liveleaks also has a telegram channel, including a more private version that shows more horrific/gore content.
Go to deathplz to see a list of multiple gore sites, I have not bothered to check out all that they list so I can't promise quality but they show quantity.

It is partially what other anons said, but remember the west has not always had the same safety standards it does now. It was developed over a long time through trial and error and lawsuits. Even now, its not perfect. It can go too far in the other direction too, here in Australia health and safety is a religion. Rather than wearing black robes and a collar, the uniform is a hard hat, a clean white button up shirt, a high vis vest and a clipboard. On some sites it seems like there's a 1:1 ratio of supervisors to labourers. Everything takes twice as long as it should and costs four times what it's been budgeted, but at least working condition are safe and pay is decent.
