If you're using high end guide, I suggest you find a workflow for Wan 2.2 and get that setup instead. DO use the guide for installing ComfyUI fully though, because it bakes in Sage Attention, which is extremely nice. The guides are outdated if you're on high end.
For LoRAs, just shove them in right after the model with a LoRA loader of your choice, yes.
If you update to Wan2.2 workflows on high end (which you should), there will be a LoRA loader already there since most prefer to use lightxv2 to speed up generation times. Just shove inn your LoRA between that and the model.

I placed them all in the folders indicated in the workflow. The 5 model files are in comfyui/models/diffusion_models

The rest are in the proper clip_vision/vae/text encoders and va_approx folders

The only thing I noticed off through the process is I got a lot of yellow "this isn't the prescribed path" notifications when running the auto install bat

you're using the 2.1 guide with the UnetLoaderGGUFDisTorchMultiGPU node? the guide is wrong. it needs to be in the unet folder. make sure to refresh node definitions (press R). but actually you should be using kijai's 2.2 workflow as it's much better. time to start all over :^)
