I did a lot of competitive debate in highschool and college. She's "spreading," which means talking extremely fast so you can read off as many points as possible and overwhelm your opponent. Spreading is a cancer that infects the highest levels of competition, and creates a significant barrier to entry (i.e. it can take 1-2 years of training with a dedicated coach for a debater to even be able to function in competition).
That said, I actually kind of like spreading. If the video didn't just include her saying nigga, you'd probably be impressed by what she's doing. And she's black, she gets to say nigga; if I could get away with saying nigga at a debate competition, I would say it as often as possible.
Championship debate judges are really good and fair, I've never seen someone win a championship round who didn't deserve it (the same can't be said for regular rounds, though).
The debate world has a very liberal bent, but there were still conservatives on my college debate team. Because traditional debate involves arguing 3 rounds for and 3 rounds against a topic, you need to be able to argue for positions you don't actually believe in.
Feminist and anti-racist garbage are common in competitions, but many experienced coaches see them as hacky techniques. Which they are. These "critical theory" ideas are retarded and assert innumerable assumptions as facts, which makes efficiently arguing against them very difficult. In my experience, they're more popular with the more callous and unscrupulous debate teams, which is hilarious because these ideas purport to be about compassion.
