Why is it that, in spite of loving porn and spending more of our free time watching it and making remixes than we would like to admit, there is so little respect for the performers? (Only the female performers, that is)

What's the kick exactly with people on these boards trying to doxx and harass women on social media, messing up their personal lives, because they've done porn many years in the past? This kind of public shaming is why there is almost no "girl next door" porn anymore, with girls trying a new thing out and moving on; we now mostly have tattooed siliconed hookers who've already chose their destiny.

Why try to shame them from making content you evidently enjoy, considering you browse this board? Where does this anger and angst stem from?

I cannot think of another example of a product whose producers receive so much hate from the side of their satisfied consumers. And in this case, the hate is not even towards the *actual* producers, some of which may or may not have employed sketchy practices that make hate against the performers seem all the more unjust.

Unlike those users, I don't write this to shame, I genuinely want to understand the psyche of the people doing this.

I think it's many things. Lots of guys get mad at women who make more money/are more successful than they are. There's lots of incel ideas tied up in that, annoyance at women who can get paid to get laid, annoyance at men who get to fuck lots of women, etc. You're right, nobody seems to care about male performers so I think the whole misogyny angle is the key factor. it's impossible to overlook thousands of years of evolution. lesser beings (as in physically weaker) are seen as property. this mechanic has shaped society from religion to politics.
seeing a woman being shared by multiple proprietors goes against a trained response in your brain dating back a thousand years. meanwhile the man is simply doing what comes naturally to him, seizing property, so there's nothing to scrutinize.
you also have to consider religion, morality, etc. debauchery is a relatively new concept to mankind all things considered. it's not even comparable to sodom and gomorrah because we underwent 2000 years of reeducation afterwards. and that's just one facet.
