the video version is often titled "still life (betamale) and interestingly the album version lacks the narration track, it may have been created by the guy who made the video, it's actually the perfect touch, and the video is of course iconic.

You're welcome, I absolutely adore Oneohtrix Point Never. If you like Skrillex you should try Garden of Delete, if you like synth/new age/ambient you should look at his first few albums.
R+7 is amazing and a masterpiece, actually, but can be quite challenging if you're not used to listening to things that sound less like music and more like industrial work and power tools. That goes for the Good Time soundtrack as well, but there are often the most beautiful serene tracks interspersed amongst all the chaos. That reminds me I haven't listened to his last couple albums...

the sail is attached to your body (most of the time anyway, youd hope it was for this case at least) so you can take your hands off and get the board off your feet. you also have enough time before you land to practice steering even if only a little bit. youd have to basically try steer primarily towards land and then secondly towards somewhere flat to land, and then just try hit the ground running
its a pretty shit scenario desu, at least it would be fun after the fear subsides, and its a good story

I've been looking for a feels webm that I've saw and saved and lost many times before

The video is shot from a police helicopter, following a motorcycle
The dude driving stops, drops the bike, and drops to the ground, lamenting and touching the sand
The frame opens up and we see some pigs (police officers) surrounding the depressed anon, and then arrests him

The music is like from a very unknown dude
I remember I only was able to find the music on YT and the video was comprised of other seemingly random clips
