Not him, but I did this for my country's nigger and muslim population (we don't have many spics).
While there was overall a downward trend as the average household net income went up, there were always hotspots on the niggers and Muslims. The average Bulgarian makes less than the average Turk here, but the Bulgarians commit about as much violent crime as the Danish, our richest recorded immigrant group, while the Turks commit around three times as much.
So no, poor Whites commit way less crime here. I'm sure the same can be said about the US.
