Having worked in assisted living, the tenants are 95% nice old people who have come to terms with their reality and are trying to make the best of the time they have left. The other 5% are an absolute mixed bag of truly foul attitudes and dementia that creates a toddler that only knows it doesn't have to listen to you or do anything you say. The simplest tasks become tooth and nail fights. It becomes a double edged sword of forcing them to do basic human shit like brush their teeth, bathe, wipe their ass, get dressed, go to sleep, or neglect and letting them sit in their own shit and piss because they just refuse to do any of the above. And its day, after day, after day. Most nurses know neglect is worse than a bruise on the arm so the err on the side of physicality. Obviously the webm shows an assault, and there is no excuse for railing on another person like that especially someone sick and dying. All im saying is I get why they are so mad.
