That's cause facial plastic surgery like lip injections has gotten technically better, cheaper and more accessible now over the past 15 years. We really only had that small window in the mid 80's to mid 90's of women being able to get huge fake implants but not having work done on the face other a nose job. Once the ban on the huge implants in the US happened it was all over and we had to rely on the ones who got them until they started retiring in the 2000's. A few like Minka and Kayla are still active, but long gone are the days of a woman only having huge fake tits and nothing else done.
