Secondly, you didn't say if she LOOKED AT YOU. Why would she angle her phone towards you unless she knew she needed to originally aim it at you?
She would need to be aware of what you were doing to decide to aim it at you.
You have no idea if a mirror was there, if her behavior did not change, no change of personality, no change of body language and still went about her business it could be.
1) she was reading a text
2) there's a mirror near her that's also facing you
3) If she thought it was you, that means you revealed yourself which I doubt you're THAT stupid.
When someone reacts to something, despite being into it or not, they still react.
If she did not react that doesn't mean she's "into it" just means you may have become overly paranoid.
