This is why crypto will never be mainstream, not until there are checks and balances. Firstly I don't know what the fuck a "seed phrase" is- is that like a password? But having a single point of failure where someone can just steal all your shit is insane. If someone knew my bank password, they'd also need my account number, then they'd need to have stolen my phone because I have two step verification for logging in. If someone steals my card, they could steal 100 dollars max before my max-contactless kicks in, at which point they need my pin. And if they have my card and my pin, I can cancel the card if I do it quick enough.
With crypto it's "dude they got my seed phrase" and it's over. It's not even anything inherently wrong with the crypto itself but we need a more secure way of storing it and making transactions.
