Usually the only form of sex that is purely physically satisfying for women is direct clitoral stimulation. What they get out of anything else: kissing, vaginal penetration, anal, breast play, giving blowjobs, non-clitoral fingering, etc. has to do with how they feel about their partner. That is: sexual things are fun if it makes them feel a certain way, and that requires genuine (evolutionarily appropriate) attraction to their partner. To feel dominated, small, submissive, or otherwise mentally stimulated. With that feeling, those other acts feel good.
Gaining that feeling is mostly contrary to lesbianism for obvious reasons. Where you see exceptions are when one of the partners HAS some masculine qualities, be it short/non-long hair, a less feminine body, aggressive tattoos, gruff vocal inflection, and of course more masculine clothing style.
