Uh, its like a painful ringing that gets worse when you hear certain pitches or frequencies or prolonged exposure to wind, rain, cold etc etc. I can only describe what i go through and im no doctor. Ive got moderately severe hearing loss in that ear. If water gets into my ear i freak out, its painful as fuck.
