Finally a good fucking thread

Hey y'all are kinda experts. How should I pop this? It's not a pimple, it's pretty solid on the inside. I've squeezed so hard but it doesn't pop. It probably needs to be lanced or something but not sure how I should go about it. Have y'all seen similar videos involving ball sack skin? I'm thinking of using the smallest sewing needle I have and lance horizontally to avoid going into the sack, but am kinda worried it's going to rip open. Any advice helps, thanks. I had to bring the video quality way down, hope this is good enough to see.

More info: it's been there for around 5-6 years now without shrinking. Sometimes it gets a little bigger and swollen but eventually shrinks back down. I don't have insurance or good income so no a doctor is not an option.

if you're planning to lance it, don't use a normal blunt sewing needle. go to a leathercraft store or well-stocked hobby store and buy a glover's needle. dip it in 91% isopropyl before you stick it. hold your sack in such a way as the needle goes sideways across the surface (but into the affected area), rather than pointing that m.f. down into the family jewels. the pain will be severe. do your best to power thru it. if multiple stabs are required, wipe with a cloth and dip in alcohol every time.

That must be torment, i remember when hitting puberty even a small, harmless pimple on my chin would hurt like fucking hell. Can you imagine that shit on your arm?

My main theory is that it's a splinter that nudged itself deep into the dudes skin, splinters are biological, which means your bodys immune system reacts to it like crazy and sends in white cells (which later die and become puss)

But since that was his arm, and he moved it around a lot, the splinter was actually irritating/scratching his skin the entire time, causing even more white cells to rush to the place to die there as well, furthering the infection and thereafter the inflation if the area.

2) Use medical alcohol or any other medical disinfectant to clean your balls. Make sure the scalpel stays sterile
3) Wear medical gloves and disinfect them too if they were not individually sealed
4) Grab that fucker like in your webm. Use scalpel with the sharp side away from your sack and gently push the tip unter the skin between the popper and the outside of your sack

It's not the medically approved way to cut but it's fool-proof if you don't really know how to work with a scalpel on your own body.
Be aware that the sack skin is rather thin. So just cut the thinnest part right on top of that fucker.

After you're done use some disinfecting ointment and make sure to wash your balls twice a day with water for the next three days

I have had bad ingrown toenails for like 10 years doing what you are describing until I learned to deal with them better. In case my experience can help you, basically you dont want to cut the toe nail back, you want to cut the tissue back until its not in the way of the nail. The side of the nail was just surrounded by too much scar tissue, and over the course of a year with a pair of clippers and a pumice stone (this is the real goat) I just worked it back down, only ever going so far but not to make it bleed. Kinda like a 2 steps forward 1 step back as some of the scar tissue will inevitably grow back. Now I only get problems if I stub my toe. The nail bed under the corners of the nail never came back though.

The other thing that helps a lot if you do get an inflammation is to pull off a small wad of a q-tip, kinda roll it up a bit but not too tight, and work it along the side of the nail, partially tucked under. You'd be surprised how long it will stay in place, and it really helps with healing. Keeps the nail from rubbing the inflammation, and helps lift the nail and make it grow into a better shape (if yours tend to curl inwards). Soak it in neosporine for good measure.

2. Mental issues, think people who hoard - but they DGAF about their body.

I was in Puerto Rico fishing one time and a wave threw me from the rocks I was fishing on into an urchin.
