Given that they chopped this board down to only 5 pages (probably due to bandwidth reasons), don't expect them to increase the filesize anytime soon.

Although one thing they could do that could improve video quality without increasing the size would be enable support for the AV1 codec. It has 30% better compression than VP9, so better quality videos could be possible within the same size constraints.
