Wanted to solicit some opinions, but what do you anons think about the argument that any female love interest in a harem story has the billing to be an NTR waifu?

After all, even shows that propose polygamy recognize that either the guy can't choose any of them lest it sadden the rest. And the shows that do try to do unironic polygamy like 100 Kanojo start heavily limiting the time that each heroine can have from the protagonist.

But what if this anti-harem are the protagonists and/or the focal characters? What if the harem MC is a generic background character that isn't really focused on or developed (as is often the complaint with actual harem MCs), but the girls are properly fleshed out as characters?

Then the focus can be on the one-on-one pairings of the anti-harem each taking a unique approach to NTR the heroine that they designated as their prey with the others beforehand. Some might go subtle or seductive, others might go confrontational and rapist. All depends on not just who the anti-harem member and matching harem member are as people, but their pre-existing relationship as well.

Any contrivance of “How the hell did they get away with that?” is just this organizer having mega-brain and able to schedule or arrange things so they go as smooth as butter.
