But what if this anti-harem are the protagonists and/or the focal characters? What if the harem MC is a generic background character that isn't really focused on or developed (as is often the complaint with actual harem MCs), but the girls are properly fleshed out as characters?

Then the focus can be on the one-on-one pairings of the anti-harem each taking a unique approach to NTR the heroine that they designated as their prey with the others beforehand.
