I wouldn't say I notice that disparity either myself, some paizuri focused artists definitely on average make it better than the "jack of all trades" types, which isn't really surprising.
I'm more so just wondering about if anyone actually every stuck to that ideal though, not so much on the subjective parts. Of course it's not like I want amateur work, but it seems every single one that tries to sell themself as "the tittyfuck guy" has always drawn some pen or something else at some point, even if it was 10+ years ago.
Someone like Mizumizuni seems to be the closest to "I ONLY draw this thing" as I can remember, but he does blowjobs instead of titfucks, and a good amount of fag shit too which I couldn't care less about.
On a side note in my experience it seems to only be male artists that even have these "I ONLY draw blowjobs/titfucks/whatever" mindsets either. The closest I can think of for female artists was Miyabe Kiwi, who was "obsessed" with fellatio, but half of her doujinshi and artwork was still bog standard vaginal sex. I also don't think I've ever seen a single female artist that was ever more focused on drawing paizuri, ever.

Nypaon on the other hand does actually include some more stuff for 'zuri lovers, like the aftermath "semen bridge" stuff like in the top left of your pic.
