Jeez. This one was a roller coaster. I'll give you credit, Anon. I'm pretty quick to call NTRslop generic, but this one mildly impressed me. I didn't like it, mind you, but the premise was at least original. Would I say it had a good ending? Again, good enough. The heroine's life won't probably ever be quite the same, but she entered the abyss and came out and fixed her life. As for the husband, well, he can only get away with that schtick for so long. I imagine he can't just keep getting married and divorced over and over without raising an eyebrow or going broke. One woman will eventually snap on him and either ruin his reputation or kill him.

I'd say for an ending to truly feel "happy", the villains need to be punished, the victims need to find some true peace, and depending on the nature of the cuckening, the heroine may or may not be forgiven. Getting raped a bunch until you undergo a psychotic break to cope is different than being on the receiving end of flimsy blackmail and falling after one fuck.

Problem with "good writing" NTR is that it loses its magic when you explain it too much. Too many NTR writers come up with complicated setups that end up creating ridiculous circumstances and/or stupid characters in their attempts to explain how it all happened. This is ironically why a lot of couples who experience infidelity end up staying together, because the person who got cheated on often obsessively combs through all the details and makes up a cope story that only really makes sense to themselves.
Good NTR stories are ones where the setup is just believable enough to grab the reader and then keep their interest about what the final confrontation is going to be like. It doesn't even have to be cheating cause NTR is just about the fetishization of masculinity (or the lack of it). The relationship the male MC has with the female MC only needs to be a less masculine/sexualized one, like that of a relative or a childhood friend, cause it's there to provide contrast to the relationship the female MC has with the male antagonist.

But I also digress, I have read good NTR stories that are quite simpler often and one or two that have a deeper background for the NTR to happen. Let's take for example Otomedori (a classic, but as well one of the NTR plots that imho is very well written.) The story of how the FMC is gullible enough to fall prey of the machinations of a tragic antagonist that had background and motive for the NTR to happen, how the guilt fell entirely on the MC for being clueless to ignore that what happened around him and the tragedy that befell to the antagonist until she got stockholm-ed by her rapists and captors.

NTR can have a variety of plots for the story to happen, spontaneous or well constructed. but most of what is lurking around sadpanda is just bitch in heat seeks bull and cucks her husband/boyfirend/childhood friend or would-be husband.
