I think it's because, as the third Anon alluded to, it's treated in the opposite direction as a narrative concept than building off of it alone. It's used to accomplish an end point of the targeted female individuals, whether it be common sense distortion or ending up as an emotionless shell of a person, right from the get-go to accomplish a certain tone during the coming sex scenes.

Although I do disagree with the Anon in regards to society being forced to change by the protagonist. Even if the protagonist was thinking in the big picture enough to do this (despite the fact that he's using such a limitless-potential superpower as common sense distortion to...get his rocks off), the story ends up focusing on the female characters targeted by the protagonist anyway, so narratively it doesn't really matter. So the first anon saying it's "pseudo-vanilla" is partially correct, but not all doujin authors will intend to go that far from the start.

I don't think I've even seen a situation where a widespread common sense distortion put on everyone *except* the females weaves a net to trap them, although this was a concept in the previous writing thread I responded to.

Based. I find sex scenes most interesting when the uniqueness of the character is the basis for interactions/dialogue in sex, and nullifying or distorting that too much via mind control undermines the point: "I want to see this girl having sex in X situation".

Which is why I would strongly recommend the three Kutsujoku VNs by BISHOP. The protagonist can manipulate any person's body, but can't touch their minds. I think you could make the proposition organic depending on how the three view sex before actually doing it. For instance, the daughter would have a more casual look on sex, while the son would be more traditional. While I do agree on having the relationships build to the threesome, I think that absurd condition would add more to the story than your typical hentai.

If your intent is to go with forniphilia, then I think a carnival serves the concept better than an arcade. Maybe there can be a few games akin to arcade games available in tents and the like, but even then they should rely on a more "physical" gameplay than most arcade games, if that makes sense. The MotoGP game you mentioned is probably the best example of that, and one example not in my subsequent suggestion are hoop-shooting games and Skeeball. I've read Erona and and Gund Cunnum and the constant human lose to orcs is starting to piss me off. So I decided to make a setting where all that shit gets turned on it's head.

Story: The Human kingdoms have been conquered by a powerful orc army led by the Orc mage king and his harem of human women, one of whom was the greatest champion of humanity who betrayed them for orc dick. The king and his harem have been able to give birth to a new half orc race who are strong, faster, smarter and more beautiful than base line orcs and easily dominate even the most powerful of human warriors. They all act like the typical smug shit heads you get in these sorts of stories, hurting and twisting humans for their own sick pleasure, yada yada, you all know the story. The story begins with a mysterious man who has been locked in a dungeon in a small boarder town of the orc empire. He's in there because he struck and orc guard because he just couldn't take the abuse anymore. As you'd expect, it did nothing but the orc tortured him anyway for a laugh and it was decided to throw him into the dungeon to break him. At first, he reacts as you'd expect someone to react in a small, dark, windowless room. After some time, he has basically given up and is reduced to an almost lifeless husk. However, he remembers the fire that he felt when he struck the orc. He knew it didn't do much damage but he did strike him. which means orcs aren't invincible. He begins to focus on this feeling of strength, however small, and begins to expand upon it. Even though he is chained to the wall, he tightens his body in small ways. After some time, he actually begins to feel new strength flow into him. He continues this regiment for some time, only stopping when orcs come to give him a small helping of gruel to keep him just barely alive. When the orcs enter, he will act skittish and afraid but when the leave, he shows he's completely relaxed and continues training.

The reason for his sudden energy is that he has been passively absorbing mana for a while, to the point where he has been able to push past his human limits. After months of training, he goes into a trance like state, becoming one with the earth and absorbing huge quantities of mana and knowledge from the earth's spirit. One day, the orcs are dragging another prisoner to meet the same fate as MC. They take delight in tormenting the new prisoner, telling him all about the MC and what horrible things they did to him, scaring the newbie witless. They plan on showing him the MC to see what's in store for him.
I have two different scenarios that happen next and I can't decide. First is the MC has woken up after sensing the newbie. He stands at the door, pulling his fist back. When one of the orcs is about to open the door, the MC punches it off it's hinges and sends it to the other side of the room, crushing the first orc between the door and the wall. The other is the first orc opens the door an sees the MC in his trance like state and goes to pick him up. When he does however, he can't. it shows MC with metaphorical roots that go deep into the earth. Suddenly, the MC's wakes up, give the orc a cheeky smile and punches him out of the room, pulping his head in the process. The MC comes out of the room and looks at the other orc. The other orc is stunned, not fully processing what just happened. This lets the MC close the distance in the blink of an eye. He would then rough up the orc some before The orc tries to take the newbie hostage. The MC just keeps his cool smile the whole time and casually talks to the newbie, revealing what he'd been doing in his cell. The orc tries to back off with the hostage, only to blink and have the MC behind him, taking the hostage and the orcs severed hand to. The MC take time to let the orc squirm before killing him. The MC then tells the shaken newbie he's going to take care of some business and ascends the stairs.

After going up the stairs, the MC goes on a rampage through the town, killing every single orc in sight with wild abandon. As this is going on, the dark elf daughter of the orc king who rules the town decides to go see for herself. When she see this human, she looks at him with curiosity, seeing him as an interesting diversion. She attempts to fight him but it become obvious after a short while that HE is the one toying with HER. She goes from calm to fuming and gets more reckless, unleasing a powerful magical spell. Rather than dodge, the MC tanks the blast and comes out unscathed. After all that set up, time for the payoff. The MC grabs the dark elf by the wrists and begins to rape her. The MC has also been training his libido and made his penis grow to an incredible size. He forces her to feel the same humiliations and powerlessness she made others feel. All the arrogance leaves her and she's left begging for forgiveness and mercy, only to receive none. Even as he rapes her, she begins to feel good, which scares her. She realizes she's about to become like all the women she let get raped by orcs.
My character has genocided the orcs in the town and has prevented any messages from getting out, so he's going to take his time and break the dark elf totally before continuing to the next part of his plan.
I'm not sure what I want to happen to the human women in the village. On one hand, I don't like the idea of sloppy seconds with orcs but on the other I like the idea of having the MC teach the other men how to increase their libidos and to take it out on the human girls who betrayed them, teaching them to not underestimated human men. Human women also have curse marks like in Erona, so I'm not sure what to do with those, MC would learn more about them from the dark elf he rapes into submission but would he get rid of them or use them against the orcs. I'm not sure on a lot of details so would appreciate feed back.
