Stop hyper compressing. The video should be either H264 or H265 and around 1.5-2 gigs.
Ideally aim for 80, 120 and 160mbps for 1080p 1440p and 4k at 60 fps respectively.
Vast majority of video editors are not designed for compressing, so don't use it like that.
Other than that, Onegai Korea was quite boring. Night Movers at least had an interesting start with the scrolling shit and the movement was much more complex, but honestly both are kinda boring as still images are boring.
You'd probably be better off making something with movement and then having still images here and there on the side.
Onegai Korea also feels like 99% of it could be made automatically with some program.

The aspect ratio is fine, with that cool effect you did, it would look rather shit if it was 16:9. Speed is completely fine too, if some retard wants to fap to a single still image they can just pause the video lmao.

Well my cons were that, I think the rhythm didn't gell well with the action and I couldn't make sense of what kind of narrative you were going for.

HDDs will be much cheaper, give S.M.A.R.T warnings long before they die or make sounds and can be recovered maybe 80% of the time if it actually fails.
But simply having a file on 2 drives isn't enough. Hash the important files and verify them at least once a year. If they're super important files, use more than 2 drives, preferably something stored at someone else's home, maybe some blurays if it's not more than a terrabyte or two.

Some of the visuals don't quite sync right to the beat, and sometimes you focus the camera on censored bits too much. Source format is specific to iwara. If you use yt-dlp to download from other sites it'll break. If you only download from iwara sure you can add it in to config.

Why not just have a python script that handles a bunch of sites and adjusts things accordingly. I did that and can literally just double click my script and it grabs URL, checks what site it is, runs the appropriate parameters for that site fully automatic.

You want your pacing to get people moved onto the next bit of stimulation before they start to get bored. Problem about that is, some people make their cuts a little too short.
