So with using NAI 4.5 I see it has the issue of certain character tags having a style blended into it. And using them will have a drastic effect on the output.
Like for Fubuki from Blue Archive, using her tag just changes the style immensely.
Any way to avoid this? Is it because the tag include the series name and its detecting that and blending in official art or something? I already have that in my negs

You can finally invert the knowledge of any vision (NLP) model, without using it to caption and use it to generate.
More precisely you can use it to train a LoRA that matches arbitrarily complex prompts on top of any image gen model, such as SD or Flux.
I don't think it's implemented for SDXL yet, but it's model agnostic so it shouldn't be too hard to implement.
We can finally have arbitrarily complex and autistic and specific prompts in natural language, even including sample pictures as input and get a LoRA as output! You could have it generalize unique positions and more.
The catch? You need to run both the image gen model and the VLM at the same time, so 48gb+ VRAM chads only, unless you want to take hours on CPU.

You can run a vision model (basically a GPT trained on text and images) and an image gen model (like SD or Flux or whatever you want) together and pick an arbitrarily messy prompt that your current SD or Illus/Noob cannot do, but things that NAI or commercial image gen sometimes can (but not as well), and you will get the prompt fulfilled even with a stupid image gen model. It doesn't actually fulfill the prompt, but train a LoRA that will get you that output, so it 'generalizes'.
But it needs a lot of VRAM because you're loading both models and backproping through them.
It's a way to get the power of expensive NLP models at the cost of time and memory, output is a LoRA?
