When novels first became popular, a whole genre developed around stories exhorting virtuous women, starting with "Pamela; or Virtue Rewarded" by Samuel Richardson. These stories contained a lot of lewdness, but criticized and contrasted it with the chastity of the heroines. In practice, they were essentially just thinly veiled titillating tales that you could reasonably possess with some amount of reasonable doubt ("I read Playboy for the articles" of the Victorian era).
The thing about being a certified Hater is that leads you to thinking about the thing you hate just as much, or even more, than the actual fans do. So it's a common pattern that somebody will hate on something just as an excuse (whether consciously or not) to keep engaging with that thing. Most people who dislike NTR just dislike it because of the obvious reasons, and these people simply do their best to not engage with it, which is easy on any half-decent website with a functioning tagging system. Yeah, people don't tag it, but it's not really all that common that you would find yourself repeatedly exposed to it if you didn't want to.
The remaining people have to form this sort of hatedom. Another thing I've seen, and you can find it easily in this thread, is the rationalization. Discontented with a simple "NTR sucks because I do not enjoy this level of sadomasochism, and this applies to most other people", you gotta try to find some reason it's "objectively" bad. That's an endless search that allows you to engage mentally with the fetish (for the purposes of 'hating', obviously) for as long as you like. Like whoah, netorare doujins are full of cliches and shitty writing? How could this be? Writers in others genre of hentai are routinely winning the fucking Pulitzer, as we all know.
(the kind of people who are into NTR but also extremely ashamed of it are also the kind of people who would be incels, btw, which explains a good amount of the really odd misogyny in this threaad).
