After upscaling the original gen I inpaint individual sections of the image at like ~1800x1800 resolution over and over.
So like that Olivia gen I inpainted her feet, lower body / ass, breasts, back / shoulders, then face. I lower the resolution for things like ears, hands, and feet or else they sometimes come out creepily detailed with lots of wrinkles.
