You need a Twitter account. You type out your request. Usually has a 1000 character limit (or more/less depending on the artist). Ideally you send your request in Japanese because their autotranslation can fuck things up catastrophically. Use DeepL or whatever to manually translate your own request back and forth with google translate to proof your prompt. When it’s as good as you want it, copy and paste it into the skeb request prompt.

You’re also allowed a URL reference link.

After you set the price you want to pay, the artist can either accept your request or reject it. They can reject your request if they don’t like it or just don’t want to do it too. If they accept, they have a deadline of 60 days to complete your request. If they fail to deliver anything, you get refunded.

Skeb is artist-favored against the client, so the artist is technically allowed to disregard part or all of your request and draw whatever they want. If you complain or DM the artist, the artist can report you/you get flagged. If you do violate the rules too frequently, you get banned from the platform. It’s a risk but you have to gamble to find an artist that’s compatible with what you want and isn’t an asshole.

I guess read skeb’s terms of service so you can avoid getting in trouble. Or frequent the skeb threads and maybe someone can help you with any dumb questions.
