We have all watched Braveheart, Game of Thrones, and other medieval stories some asshole noble enacts the right of Prima Nocta, deflowering the bride on the night of her wedding and sometimes getting her pregnant. Get ready for vanilla central: I would take a ton of stuff from ANIM's Bokudaka1, but make some key changes. I love the wife's personality, her design, the slow burn setup, her POV, and the main bull, and would feel no shame just taking all that good stuff wholesale. And then the things I'd like to change would be:

my initial plan for the game is it's an NTS game, you're mostly here for watching your wife with other men. On-screen sex with the MC and Kat would be less and less as the game goes on. But I have since decided to still include MC/Kat sex scenes well into the end of the game
As for impregnation. I have outlined before it will be an optional choice, initiated by YOU, the MC, not Kat. The default (and what you might consider canon) choice would be Kat has the MC's children, but you will have the OPTION to do it otherwise.

I don't know, I'd say I think it's better if it's just NTS the whole way through without being NTR at any point. Still, I would argue that the way a story ends is more important than how it starts. Since the way things are when a story starts can be changed and often does, while the ending is more final.
