You're using 1024x1536 resolution for the base gen. SDXL models become unstable when going above one megapixel, and the most obvious result is broken anatomy. Use 1024x1024 square, or rectangles with the same area. You also have a "Resolutions" textbox right underneath that has these invalid values for some reason.

You're also using two noobAI controlnets on a model that is mostly illustrious-based. I do not know if they are compatible. Same with the noob detailer lora.

Also, probably unrelated to your issue but you can throw away all those negatives. Except for low quality, worst quality in case you need them for your specific style, they don't really do anything positive. And score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up come from the Pony model, which you are not using.

That's a fault of the people using it, and/or people writing tutorials for it. A basic raw gen takes 7.

One selects the checkpoint, one selects the resolution, one each for the pos/neg prompts, one selects the sampler/scheduler/steps/cfg/denoise, one does VAE decode and one is the output. Hiresfix adds four more, that's upscale, vae encode, sampler and vae decode.

It's difficult, I had to generate a lot of pics every time but using "messy hair" and putting the hair colors I didn't want in the negative helped.
As for inpainting, I didn't keep track. I know I do tend to generate new images because I like the gambling aspect of imagegen, but I also realized that sometimes I could just edit things manually in photopea and it would be faster.
