The head of the nurse (black hair) ruled the hospital with iron first after her sister(pink) got buck broke and became crazy. The abuses trickle down to the nurses and then the patients. Our main guy is one of the worse shift a nurse can have that needs to jack him off 3 times a day with increasing demand and disatisfaction as it takes more and more for him to coom. If he doesn't get his balls emptied, he will complain/act up. To avoid punishment and abuse from the top and peers if such complaint gets out, every nurses reveals their true and sinful nature behind the mask of professionalism to milk the shit out of the mc and put him in his place(some dingy laundry closet).
From the perspective of MC, he is hospitalized and has special needs to be taken care of and each nurse are judgemental, rude, barely professional and take their frustrations out on him in the end for speaking up.

The guy is enthusiastic about adaptation in differen format and probably isn't high balling the fees and restricting creative visions. There are several versions of manga, visual novel, maybe audio cds idk. It was exploding in the beginning and some are completed but manga and videos are still ongoing.
