Something about the butt jiggle feels off but idk exactly what. It's not moving in a way that looks natural to me.
Maybe try extending the range of motion and slowing it down a little bit? Just throwing out something, idk anything about making animations.

Yeah I know what you mean. I tried to do proper softbody physics but blender was really fighting me so I just settled for a less accurate method. Hopefully it doesn't look absolutely terrible.

Just do a headswap if the bodies are so different that a headswap won't do, then a clothing swap would be very difficult as well.

Anyway there's plenty of tutorials out there, don't expect handholding for the simplest things. Show some effort first.

The tube top was a somewhat iconic part of Burnice's outfit to me so unfortunate to see it gone. Though I don't mind this outfit. Only notes I have about it are:
The red part at the top looks awkward here, though it looks fine with the jacket on. So it would only matter if you plan to show her partially undressed with jacket off. If you do then I think it should connect better with the black part somehow.
Personal preference but I'd like the clothing material to look closer to her original tube top. So have more shine/gloss, I think the red part at the top also works as reference. The visible stitches on the outfit also makes appear to be made of a different material, a thicker wool or something. I'm picturing it to be smoothed out, like a standard leotard. Think of it as her original tube top but expanded and formed into this shape.
Though outfits aren't a big deal for me and these are relatively minor details. I don't mind if you just roll with what you have and focus on the scenes/animations. Especially if outfit modification is not easy/time consuming for you.

Yeah in the full version she has her jacket back on, changing the material would be pretty easy but I just thought this material matched her jacket better after I switched the shaders. I'll experiment and see if I can find a better look.

It's a trap many fall into.
Do not overcomplicate things that don't need complexity. For example if you need simple bouncy tits don't use cloth sim, just use jiggle bone, faster, simple, and you can barely tell a difference. Only if you need something specific like someone grabbing the boob, then it's cloth sim time. An important skill in animation is to know when NOT to do something. And when to fake things.
