Frankly, I haven't even looked it up or what the fuck it's doing under the hood but I somehow misclicked on DPM++ 2M SDE Turbo a few weeks ago and everything I was genning was as good as it's gonna get for slop (not too melty, toes/fingers rarely an issue, etc). Finally realized I was on the "wrong" sampler but it's become my go to since. You can try it with Karras but because of vpred, you'll gen some body horror shit like once every 10 gens so just use it with SGM Uniform and you're set.

I'm using ComfyUI and currently learning to use adetailers or inpainting to fix messed up faces or add extra detail. All the guides I've found show how to load an image file and use inpainting, but is there a way to take my generated image, draw a mask over it, then transfer it into an inpainter, all in the same workspace?

Adetailer can be used directly, but for inpainting you have to interrupt the workflow to draw your inpaint mask. They can still be in the same "workspace" but not in the same flow, you have to save the image then load it. Right-click the Load Image node and go to "open in mask editor" to draw your mask in the app, instead of having to load a separate mask file.

I found this node a while ago, pretty neat
If you set it like in picrel, if there's no mask (an image has just been genned and you haven't drawn a mask) and you run your workflow again it won't do anything
But if you right click it and draw a mask, it'll pass the image and the mask to your inpaint workflow
Bit less of a hassle than manually copying and pasting an image imo
Can also pair it with a switch node so you can do both that or regularly load and inpaint an image

There's no tag for them on danbooru, as far as I know. Loras often fucks up perf on Noob in my experience, so if I can avoid using a lora for their style it would be great. There's no trex style lora for Noob anyway, well, I found one but it's focused on characters instead of the style itself and it doesn't look great when used that way.
It looks amazing on Illu with the lora like this, but I don't like Illu, much less using too many loras to fix illu so it does what I want.

also the other anon is right, that these are on the "cheap" end. There's a lot that try and do $50 for busts(read: cropped torso), $75 for legs and anything to do with color is $100+ minimum and if there's a second character it's anywhere from 2-2.5x the cost depending on the interaction level.

that said depending on the art quality the price isn't always really "unreasonable." Even if I were to do commissions on AI shit it'd end up being a minimum $50-75 for a full cleaned render just to be making $30-35/hour(which isn't unreasonable for something that can be construed as skilled labor with a skill/experience requirement). Whether that's worth it over someone just making their own generic slop is a different topic, though.

I'm talking about a more dynamic angle with multiple characters, even something as basic as a from side view of a spit roast or something. BREAK just resets the input register. It can very technically impact separation but it is in no way an actual function of doing so. It's about as viable an option as spinning around in your chair and doing a dance before hitting the generate button.
