Would gladly shift the structural baseline of all models to be more preference tuned for basically ever feature from "covered nipples" to "sweating profusely".
If you think "good by default" is bad you're kinda conflating it with "ultra unstable model".
That being said, the goal of these models is to produce 1girls, so producing them by default is a nobrainer. Or have you tested this with nai3/4/4.5 to see how they behave?

The all-in-one 10GB files for both the original Lumina 2 and also these finetunes (meaning no separate text enoder or anything needed) are only a bit slower than SD 3.5 Medium on a GTX 1660 Ti (6GB VRAM) and 16GB system RAM, I've tried it on such a setup. There's almost certainly never going to be a worthwhile model that's somehow even closer to the speed of SDXL than that.

I use Comfy though so can't help with that. AFAIK SD.Next is an A111-based UI that does support Lumina 2 and other newer models though.

I keep those as sub-assemblies in the sidebar library, drag them in only when needed. But here https://files.catbox.moe/y8zua3.png I cleaned up the one from >>8744865, it has regional prompter (latent mode) and controlnet on top, inpainting at the bottom, hiresfix and adetailer to the right. CFG rescale is a single node, just put that in right after checkpoint load.

Trying to use built-in nodes when possible. But controlnet masking and xinsir's promax union CN needs this "advanced" node, proper inpainting and adetailer are only implemented in impactPack, regional in attention mode would need a custom node as well.

I tried some new training settings, although due to a lower rank/alpha it may not have had enough space to train and remember all the details of the dataset. batch size is also quite high, so it may generalize too much. Imma try reverting back to some older previous settings and see if there is any luck there.

But I also wanted a good one for solely txt2img gens, so just Hirezfix/Rescale + adetailer, nothings else.

The most workflows for txt2img i found on civitai are all use just a latent upscaler with 1.0 denoise and thats it.

I wanted a workflow that upscales similar to what i do in forge.
So first a low-rez gen --> ESRGAN Hirez-upscaler for x1.5 at 0.2 denoise --> adetailer (face/hands) at 0.4 denoise on it.

well, here's some general NetaYume tips
- DPM++ 2S Ancestral Linear Quadratic @ CFG 4.5 works better for everything than any other configuration I've found yet
- when using multiple artist tags, leaving them all at full strength basically never looks good, it's much better to give them individual strengths that add up to exactly 1.0, like in the attached pic I did `(@fuzichoco:0.33), (@mika pikazo:0.33), (@rella:0.34)` for example

Adetailer is just inpainting where a face recognition model selects the area to be inpainted automatically. Here you select the area yourself. Load an image in there, right-click the load image node and open in mask editor, draw a mask, save it and run.

If you need a general description of inpainting. It does a localized crop and upscale before doing another AI pass over the area. So it fixes common AI issues that come from having low resolution. Eyes are the main thing, which is the reason Adetailer exists. But also nails, zippers, buttons, chains, frills, etc. Anything small or detailed. If you bring the denoise setting higher it lets you do larger edits. Plenty of guides out there on all the different use cases.
