Since the premise of guilty is "I wonder if I'll be able to keep loving you, even if the person next to you isn't me?" and that Uchida said in ch3 that the best sex is having sex while watching the person you like having sex or something like that, I'm pretty sure MC and prez won't end up togher or even will have any sex togheter.
Also as of ch3 MC doesn't seem to have many feelings for prez, but he seem more interested in losing his virginity. Both MC and prez had only a platonic infatuation for each other and it wasn't that deep, so I'm not surprised for MC not caring much about prez.
The big loser in ch3 is undoubtely prez, since MC seems like he doesn't care about her before and during the orgy, and I would say he's not in the wrong since Uchida is delivering everything she promised: he's having the time of his life.
Uchida has schemed all the ordeal to make MC ask prez out to steal him from her like she said to in ch1; for her is probably just a game and doesn't really care about MC, but at least she's being consistent in mantaining what she promised.
Prez on the other hand has acted like the most retarded slut ever, so I'm not surprised MC (he's retarded too, but not on prez level) preferred Uchida: assertive slut is better than retarded slut.
As of now Uchida has stole MC from prez and she feels more like a FMC; prez scenes were mostly background and repetitive, while Uchida and MC were the center of ch3 in my opinion.
The first 3 chapters could be called "Uchida wants a new toy" instead of guilty XD
So no, I don't see MC and prez ending up togheter since the story has to resolve glasses girl brother arc and swim club arc too... and there's also the school festival thing too...
