I can't really tell which walls are which but it's probably a mixture of medium-security double razor wire fencing for the majority of the population, then the high maximum-security concrete walls for the rest. Most of these places are cookie-cutter and all have the same type of buildings: mess hall, laundry in some, infirmary, school, gym/church/drug treatment etc so everything is self-contained.
