As far as I've been able to figure out it's harmless in moderation. Well hydrated; clear piss don't have a lot of toxins and nothing harmful to drink. Doesn't even taste like much, comparable to warm water. It's certainly more enjoyable than anything cum related. I don't like facials but some hot water in my face is pretty fun. Taste is better too.
