2. The video has to be a small file size, while having a (relatively) large resolution, so you'll want to minimize movement in the video. Something like standing cuffed to a wall has very little movement, but people walking around would add a lot of movement.

By the time you get the audio out, you'll have a whole new set of frustrations with file size.

Regarding file size, I used to use Adobe's compression tool (Media Encoder) when I used to edit video years ago.
