Vietnam never had designs on dominating the planet. Theyre no different than the Japanese or Chinese. Strong fighters, but with no real global ambitions.
Napoleon was different. I understand if you’re Vietnamese you may not like him, but in world history he was a singular, perhaps tripolar with Caesar and khan, figure in history.
Even Alexander’s empire collapsed with his death. Thats not an argument.
