In the Bible YHWH clearly says he and Satan are one and the same. Satan is his "bad cop" routine, that's why he's called the accuser.

This is explained by simply reading the rest of the Bible.

"And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

So basically from a Biblical perspective, looking at the above passage and the ones linked in the OP, satan was a tool, who was only ever allowed to do what God said. Once again, there's no contradiction here.

Recall also what Joseph said to his brothers at the end of the book of Genesis:

According to the Bible, satan legitimately thinks that he is, and actually is, rebelling against God. He is an unwilling tool. The Lord can still bring about His greater purpose in spite of that rebellion. Sources are the following passages:
