There seems to be two competing camps in the global world leadership on this. One believes they need more people for the reason you've alluded to the other believes new tech will come which will make excess people a liability.

I think feminism fundamentally was used to mobilise more of the population to engage economically, that it had side effects was something nobody thought of back in the times.

More or less. If you listen to people like that Harari guy their conception is that the demographic issues are very temporary and mass migration is a good enough bandaid for it. Yes by 2060 there won't be a single country that has growing population but he believes that at that point the more people the worse.

You should move, and it's only partly about demographics.
Everyone who isn't into globohomo should be transitioning to practical skills and moving to the countryside. Even better if it's with like-minded people. Being highly educated is of course an advantage, but you should ALSO at least know how to grow food and build things.
Farmland is being bought up by private interests that conform to the malthusian bureaucratic worldview. Once it's sufficiently centralized, the food supply WILL be regulated according to the ideology. If you want food that isn't tampered with and without saying "please master may I?", then you'll have to be growing/raising it yourself in some capacity.
Most industrial agriculture WILL be dismantled in the name of the "climate crisis". They expect proles to eat rice and cricket powder while they eat pre-industrial, small scale, organic, grass-fed-and-finished beef.

Get out before they make it too expensive to get out.
