That's more Cronus, although the Romans did syncretise the two later. Saturn in Roman myth/religion was primarily associated with the Golden Age in Latium rather than with the Titanomachy.
Also in Antiquity YHWH was primarily associated with Dionysus by the Greeks and Romans, not Saturn/Cronus.

The problem though is that they're not the same god, they were merely (sometimes) equated with each other through Interpretatio Romana. Much like how the Roman and Greek Gods aren't actually the same, nor did they always share the same origin, its inaccurate to conflate the Roman Saturn with semitic gods even if Roman writers regarded them as being the same, since that was just common convention back then. The same Interpretatio Romana was applied to the Nordic/Germanic gods too but nobody would call Thor and Hercules the same deity.
To go back to the bit about these being separate gods the link you posted doesn't mention anything about a Golden Age, despite that being the main attribute of Saturn in Roman myth, and while Saturn was the god of time in Greek myth Cronus and Chronos were often treated as separate beings.
The fact that Saturn was harsh and severe doesn't mean that was the gods entire character for the Romans, who primarily associated Saturn with abundance, agricultural success, and prosperity. The Greeks didn't worship Cronus very much but the Romans definitely celebrated Saturn.
