It's not just Moorish but all sorts of North African admixture, from Roman and pre-Roman times as well. On the other hand, in Spain there is a fairly strong Basque influence, which lowered the NA influence, especially in the southern parts. There is also a closer connection to France and Italy in Catalonia and the Balearic isles. I think that without these influences Central-Southern Spain would be on the same level as Portugal

cause most of the north african in iberia is from the roman era, the reconquista started from east to west, so of course the re-iberianization of the reconquista is stronger in the east

Mainly roman era migrations. Geographically, Portugal was the stopping point for a lot of people migrating east to west, which is also why for example, Portugal and Galicia have more germanic and celtic admixture than the Spanish average
