Nobody is 100% pure, even someone who is 100% WSH-WHG-ANF, will have some African admixture from the ANF and some Asian admixture from the WSH.

That doesn’t mean you can’t BE White. It’s all about genetic distances. If you’re too genetically distant from Europeans, you are not White, as White is synonymous with European. If you have some admixture, but is still WITHIN the European cluster, then you are White.

You don’t know if Hitler had African blood. We don’t know his autosomal DNA. If he had an African haplogroup that means nothing, there are 100% Nigerians who have the R1B Indo European haplogroup. It means nothing to your genetic composition.

Just because something is arbitrary doesn’t mean it can’t be factual. Just because something is on a continuum doesn’t mean it can’t be grouped.
If your genetic point on a PCA is in the MENA cluster instead of the European cluster, you’re not White.
