Just curious as to whether the Bible is more important. I watched a video by UsefulCharts in which he said that the Quran is the Muslim equivalent of Jesus, which I thought was an interesting analysis.

Christians will call the Bible the "word of God" but you can be functionally illiterate and still understand who Jesus is, why he came here and accept and believe in him
I'm not as versed on Islam anymore but I do understand it to be simultaneously a religious, political, social and economic system all in one
Christianity will tend to know this life as temporary and set our sights higher than just what we can accomplish or accumulate in this very brief existence; it's a bit of a testing ground for a higher level of reality if you will, with the highest life goals being to know God directly via Jesus, spread God's love through your work, creations, service, family, any way you can, and spread the truth of Christ through conversation and actions
