A few refuse and then get wiped out in the Roman-Jewish wars after slaughtering even more goyim, not realizing that all this killing is driving them further away from God. Several hundred years later a few surviving mystics, steeped in eastern religions and maybe coming from them (this is unclear), reimagine the Jewish metaphysical dogma. They focus on a divine emanation and begin to get really into Solomonic fan fics, this produces the Talmud/Zohar/Qabalah. In case you lost the plot all of this stuff is pretty overtly Satanic, and the Jews at the higher levels know this, but at this point they have fully converted from worship of YHWH and now pretty much exclusively worship the devil. They try and pretend like this is not the case and cite the "Divine Consort" that was apparently worshipped in early Israelite religion, but its pretty clear to anyone who looks at their symbolism and recognizes just how far removed they are from any semitic religion that this is Hindu/Devi/Axial Age stuff.
