How can things like the Rwandan genocide or Indonesian killings in the 1960's actually happen?

Like even if you don't care about morality at all you would think killing two million of your labour force would cause massive economic problems. It can't even be explained by envy, because there are small minorities of rich people, sometimes these guys are just 300 or so people in a country of millions, and yt the poor don't regularly march on them and kill them.

I can't comprehend what kind of fear and hatred would make you think its a good idea to kill two million of your nation.

Communists openly state they want violent revolution and to work with foreign agents to undermine the state and her people. Not only were the Indonesian self defense acts in the 60’s justified, they were nesecary.

Indeed, communism has shown time and time again that it will inflict brutality upon a nation when it is able to take root, so swift and merciless action against those flying the hideous red banner should be applauded and encouraged.
