A thing with the Talmud is a good number of the edgiest statements are opinions or arguments made by only one Rabbi in the conversation, and does not necessarily resemble the conclusion reached by the end at all. At best it just documents that some Jews do think this which we should know anyway.

Personaly after having to deal with normals i can agree with the jews on the fact goys are just sentient cattle, might have more complex brain, still cattle tough.

See, this is a good example of the Talmud being a series of debates. The word for "man" in the scripture can refer to an adult as distinct from a child, but does not, as there is no mention of children in the passage. Nor is there any reference whatsoever to anal intercourse with a woman, nor is sodomy acceptable outside of anal intercourse. They teach not the laws of Moses (for then they would believe Jesus) but laws of their own making.
