Rome in Italy was built in the Middle Ages, at the same time as the rest of Europe. The Egyptian Ptolemaic empire didn't die at the founding of Rome, Ptolemaic Kings just took on regional aliases.

Juilus Caesar's real identity was Ptolemy XI Alexander II, Cleopatra's uncle-husband. He also used the regional aliases of Asander, King of Bosphorus. Cleopatra took on the Bosphoran identity of Dynamis, queen of Bosphorus.

The "As" in Asander comes from the Egyptian name "Asar" which was another name for Osiris, from which the Etruscan word "Aesar" (also spelled "Aeser" or "Aisar"), meaning god or divine, likely derives. The Greek language adds a "K" to foreign words, so Aesar -> Greek Kaesar -> Latin Caesar. There might be a connection between this name and "Asar-Hapi" (Osiris-Apis), another name for the Graeco-Egyptian god Serapis (Osiris + Apis = Osorapis - the Greek rendering of "Moses" and "Osarseph" are identical). He was the first "Jesus" and then his descendants took that title as an avatar.

Mark Antony's real identity was either Ptolemy of Cyprus, a brother of Ptolemy XII Auletes (Cleopatra’s father) aka Mithridates Chrestus aka king Herod or else he was Cleopatra's father Ptolemy XII Auletes/Ptolemy X Alexander I, king of Egypt (she was also married to two of her brothers. This is how incestuous this family was).

King Izates of Adiabene was Asander and Dynamis's grandson. Tiberius Julius Sauromates II was their great-grandson, etc. "Jesus" was an avatar in an imperial cult.

tldr;
Higher forces weaponize schizos and retards against the spreading of Juba II's true identity as the father and/or mentor of Jesus after he failed to protect Augustus' heir Gaius Caesar (son of Agrippa). Jesus arrived as a teenager in Galilee directly after Gaius Caesar died, because Juba II reconnected with Mary & Joseph whom were refugees in Egypt/Juba II's area of power stretching all the way to Mauretania. He informed them that he had become friends with the Magdala family of Galilee, which his bodyguard Pantera had married into - fathering Mary Magdalene. Joseph the Tradesman was her uncle and could take Jesus under his wing under the alias of him also being a son of Pantera from his previous travels with Juba II during his explorations to the Canary Islands. This is the real reason why Jesus was slandered as being the bastard son of the roman soldier Pantera, because he was the father of Magdalene whom Jesus was raised alongside. Mary Magdalene's mother was a simp of Cleopatra VII and copied her style, which is why Pantera fathering Jesus with a whore named Mary became a popular slander story. Magdalene's mother could easily also have had Mary as one of her names, furthering the confusion.
